1 strip bacon (running low… rationing)
1/3 of an avocado (Julie got one also, rest went into lunch salad)
That’s a pretty standard breakfast.
2 cups arugula
1 1/2 strips bacon
1/3 of an avocado
hard boiled egg
Lunch part 2: was invited to dim sum with coworkers.
Note to self. Be surgical with Dim Sum.

some roast duck
some “chinese broccoli” (looked like broccolini?)
Chicken Breast seared and baked
broccoli spiced and broiled
Fruits and Veggies: 9+ (yeah!)
