Wow. I did over 100 situps! And I did a set of more pushups than I’ve ever done continuously.
Week 2, Day 2’s workout with minute breaks between each:
Pushups: 14, 16, 12, 12, 17+13(!!)
Situps: 21, 24, 18, 18, 26+0
The last set I’m supposed to go for broke and do as many as I can with a minimum of a certain number. Today’s goals were 17 pushups and 26 situps. I didn’t do extra situps; I’m really out of shape there. For some weird reason I wasn’t tired after doing all those pushups, so I kept going and did a string of 30 pushups in a row. That’s more than my initial test (27)!
If this isn’t progress, then I don’t know what is! I am going to go for a walk later to get some cardio, but I feel super right now.
