Ran a round of sledging today; trying to get back up to 3x a week. Warmed up with 3 1-minute planks (front, left, right) then 50 jumping jacks and 15 burpees. I actually had my heart rate above 150 before starting. Did the normal 6 intervals with the three hammers (6, 8, 10 lb) from 10-15 reps. According to the HRM, average was 144 bpm, max was 166 which I think are records for both. Also, I completed the set in 31:33 which is a very fast time. A good start to the week.
