Today was a little odd as lunch was modified as a last minute schedule change.
Breakfast: normal, sub linguica for bacon
2 eggs over easy
1/4 cup of cucumber
1/2 cup of blueberries
2 oz linguica
Lunch: guaco-bacon burger at St. John’s in Santa Clara
1/4 pound burger
a few leaves of lettuce
2 strips bacon
Dinner: slow cooked shortribs and onions
6+ oz of shortrib meat
~1 cup of carmelized onions
Today was definitely light on the veggies: 4ish. maybe 5. Protein and fat were high, and I definitely felt like I ate a lot of food, but the lack of veggies isn’t great. Tomorrow with the fasting and the rest of the week, I have to make sure I up the veggie content.
