Tuesday tends to be my most “normal” food day as I’m not fasting, and we should have shopped for the week and planned the meals out. Today was no exception, though I ended up adding a little extra to the plan as leftovers wasn’t enough preotein.
Breakfast: normal, though sub linguica for bacon!
2 eggs over easy
1/4 link (2oz) of linguica (more fat and protein than normal 2 strips of bacon!)
bit of pineapple
Lunch: Normal salad
1.5 cups spinach
0.5 cup arugula
2 strips bcaon
1 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp truffle oil
2 tbsp salsa
Snack: celery and avocado bacon dip
Dinner: some leftover ceviche + Mojo burger
rest of ceviche from yesterday’s meal
double hamburger from Mojo Burger, lettuce wrapped
2 1/4 pound patties, couple leaves of lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices bacon
Hunger wise – great. I’d say 8 veggies for the day, and numbers pretty spot on. Might be overreaching with protein, but I don’t think it’s bad.
