Did a round of sledging Monday but HRM wasn’t charged so I didn’t record anything. Went as quick as I could and it was roughly 30+ minutes so that’s fine. Good start to the week.
Made it through the full week with 3 full workouts. Normal stuff, warmed up with planks, jumping jacks, and burpees to 155 bpm then full set, six intervals with three hammers (6/8/10 lb) from 10-15 reps. HRM says average bpm … Continue reading
