Julie and I (which is to say mostly Julie) made up a dinner of potato wedges baked with a small amount of oil and spices and a scramble or goulash or ratatouille or big ol’ thing of vegetables simmered in a pan with a lot of spices. I’m calling it the devil’s mess which was the name of the “everything in it” egg scramble at one of our favorite college restaurants Big Sky Cafe. Although this has no egg; it’s beans, onion, green pepper, and heirloom tomatoes. Tastes as good as it looks!
