Week 2, Day 1 of the Pushups and Situps plans. While doing these is hard (really hard), I think it may not be enough.
5 sets of pushups with 60 second breaks: 14, 14, 10, 10, 15+
5 sets of situps with 60 second breaks: 21, 21, 15, 15, 22+
I did these with a half hour break between for recovery.
I didn’t do any other workout other than these, and my body feels really meh because of a sore throat and associated random achiness. I really would have liked to have walked or sledged, but it was crazy rainy, and the achiness really didn’t help.
