Woke up way too early this morning and decided to be useful, so I threw on the HRM and did four intervals of sledging. I should have done five.
My average heart rates for the intervals were: 114, 130, 137, 142 bpm. I was really feeling the last set, so I stopped early. I probably could have pushed myself. I’ve done five sets before, but I think a combination of the fact it’s still dark and that I didn’t have enough water was holding me back.
Tomorrow is pushups and situps, and I may go for a walk in between then and now…. after a little more sun comes out.
