Another 4 intervals today, my HRM wasn’t working right until partway through the second set, so I’m going to be suspect of the first two numbers. My heart rate should be above 120 for every set.
Interval 1: 111 bpm
Interval 2: 120 bpm
Interval 3: 142 bpm
Interval 4: 149 bpm
Again, got super tired and didn’t want to attempt a 5th set; I have other cold symptoms now: body soreness and congestion in addition to the slightly sore throat (which has gotten better).
Resting tomorrow, though may go for a good walk.
