Trying out the components of the upcoming new workout. Did a descending set of 10 burpees with 30 second breaks. I was actually wheezing at the end of the set, so this is probably plenty. I did a set of side planks, 30 seconds each, and a regular plank for a minute. I should probably do more than one set.
The plan is to add sledging to this, so I think I’ll do planks, burpees, planks, sledging, planks. That ought to be good. Needs more legs… maybe lunge-walking or wall-sits. Hmm.
