Monday Sledging (With Dive Bomber Pushups!)

Full Set of sledging. Hopefully back on track after some missteps last week. Average was 127 bpm with a high of 157. Final set averaged 140 bpm. I did the workout in 35 minutes which is all right on target for me. My warmup today was dive bomber pushups which I will say officially bite. I did a set of 15, and it got my heart rate from rest around 60 to 120 in short order. I’m going to try to do this on Wenesday and Friday though maybe a different warmup.
