Made it through the full week with 3 full workouts. Normal stuff, warmed up with planks, jumping jacks, and burpees to 155 bpm then full set, six intervals with three hammers (6/8/10 lb) from 10-15 reps. HRM says average bpm was 145, max of 163. Faster set, too: 30:41. I think that means I’m becoming more efficient with it since it’s less tiring. Although only numerically. I’m really tired now, so I’m going to take a shower and rest for a bit. More on Monday.
