Continuing this week’s workouts. Planks, jumping jacks, and burpees to start getting to 148 bpm. Normal workout of 10-15 ascending set of 6 intervals with the 3 hammers. HRM says my average was 138 bpm with max of 155. Kind of lower than usual despite finishing in 30:47. If this pattern continues Friday I will have to do something to up the workout on Monday.
