Monday Sledging!

Another Monday, another workout. I pushed it up a bit harder today, and I preloaded with caffeine, so I think that may have helped my mood and numbers. Normal PB&J workout plus kettlebell swings then normal 10-15 ascending set with 8&10lb hammers with burpees after every interval. HRM says I finished in 30:40 which is right on time, and average of 147bpm and max of 160. Really good numbers with the average of the last three intervals being 150bpm. Of course now I’m super-tired… but not tired enough to miss cooking a salad of roasted haricot verts (green beans) and cherry tomatoes to go with food for Monday Night Football!
