Tuesday Sledging!

Still working out hard. A touch lighter than Sunday’s workout. I didn’t break past the zone 5 redline, and I didn’t drop below the zone 3 floor, so I think it was very successful. I finished in 30:30 and HRM says my average was 153bpm and max of 171. Now on to my recovery shake!
