Bailed on Monday’s workout but made it up today. HRM says I finished in a brisk 28:49 with an average of 142 and a max of 159. Slightly lower numbers, but faster workout, and the chart looked ok, so I just have to keep on it. Let’s see if I can squeeze the workout in tomorrow to stay on track.
Monday weigh in was disappointing. Went up a little weight, but down a little fat %. I don’t get it. Gotta keep slogging.
