I’m back. Blew off last week for no good reason. I still completed today’s workout so I don’t think I did too much damage. HRM says I finished in 28:33 with an average of 147bpm and a max of 163. Right in the zone for all numbers. Graph is good, too with my heartrate never getting below 133 in zone 3.
Monday weigh-in was bad again, going up in all dimensions. Gotta a. stay on track with exercise, b. lighten the intake. No complicated science.
