Didn’t work out yesterday, but I did do some heavy swimming Sunday. If my calculations are right it was a quarter mile. I’ll have to see if I can measure my heartrate. Today sledging was ok. HRM says I finished in 28:23 with an average of 142bpm and a max of 160. Could be better all around. Just gotta keep on it.
