Fr… Saturday Sledging!

Just like last week: one day late, but I made it through 3x this week. Two weeks of regular workouts makes me happy. HRM says I finished in a very reasonable 28:19 with an average of 148bpm and a max of 166. A little lower, but I didn’t caffeine-up before, so in that respect it’s very reasonable! Here’s to more weeks to come!
