Today in Food: Wednesday 1/9/2013

Full food day. Very nice.

Breakfast: normal run
2 eggs over easy
2 strips bacon
1/4 cup of cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries

Lunch (1): salad
1.5 cups of spinach
0.5 cups of arugula
3 tbsp guacamole
1 hard boiled egg
1 strip bacon
1 tbsp truffle oil

Lunch (2): St. John’s (best burger place!)
“Beg For Mercy” cheeseburger (hold the cheese and pepper mayo and lettuce wrap)
ground beef
lettuce
serrano peppers

Dinner: slow cooker carnitas (OMFG)
7 oz carnitas
5 tbsp guacamole
harmless harvest coconut water

7+ fruits/veggies. That carnitas recipe will have to stay.
