Easy Monday Sledging

I did a full set today of 10-15 reps alternating 6 & 8 lbs… and it felt unusually easy. I was still sweating, but I didn’t feel as tired as I normally do afterward. I wasn’t performing slowly, as the total exercise time was about 35 minutes which is about right. I should have had the HRM on, and I’ll try that on Wednesday’s workout.
