Wednesday Sledging!

Made it through the Wednesday workout, and I’m feeling good. Normal warmup and workout– I did the normal 5-10 ascending burpees instead of the increased set from Monday and Friday. HRM says I finished in 30:15 and averaged 145bpm and maxed out at 164. Back on pace, and a good graph; everything was zone 3 or above (i.e. above 132bpm).
