No more excuses. No more “unexpected postponements.” Three workouts a week begins again. HRM says I finished in a quick 29:13 with good numbers: averaged 151bpm and maxed at 170. Very good graph, never below 135, the entire last interval was in zone 4 (above 151 bpm).
Monday weigh in wasn’t bad, but could have been better: down one pound to 170.5, down 0.2 fat % to 30.4%.
