Somehow managed it through the workout despite the schedule pushing it to after dinner. Not my favorite time to work out, but I made it. Somewhat disappointing numbers, however. HRM says my time was pretty good at 29:55, but my average was a measly 136 with a max of 157. The graph shows a good progression from interval to interval, but the overall numbers were lower. No conclusions to be made until the end of the week, and maybe not even then given the weird schedule today. I’ll have to make sure I make it through at least next Wednesday and compare again.
