I couldn’t believe it when my weigh in this morning was up (denial), and I left the house in a huff (anger). I felt sorry for myself much of the day (depression), but I was able to pull it together to make a reasonable lunch decision (acceptance), and then I threw down and rocked the heck out of my sledgehammer workout.
I added 2 burpees to each interval (15+7..12 = 72)) yet HRM says I still finished in a reasonable 29:08. Averaged 148bpm and maxed at 167. Kicking it down.
