Another week, another three workouts. I didn’t start out great with a quieter than usual Monday, and my Wednesday workout was postponed to Thursday, but the big numbers today bear it out: I have a tough workout! Still only the normal workout, but I focused a lot on breathing, and increasing my breath pace to match some of the moves which is faster than normal. I think this inflated my numbers, which is fine by me. I’m still doing the whole workout, and I’m actually finishing faster with higher heartrates: HRM says another zippy 28:16 with an average of 149bpm and a max of 167. Good ascending graph. Gotta keep it up!
