Spent Wednesday in The City on a work related function which including a meal and drinking so I didn’t get back until after midnight. Thus, workout this morning. HRM says I finished in a zippy 27:08 which might be a record. Averaged 145bpm and maxed at 163 with a good graph, mostly ascending highs and lows. I haven’t decided if I want to work out tomorrow or Saturday to make 3 workouts, yet.
