Took Friday off from work, and Julie took it off too, so no workout. Make-up workout this morning before breakfast and coffee and most people had woken up. HRM says I finished in 29:00 with an average of 143 and a max of 161. I added only a single burpee to each interval, making for 66 total. I think adding 2 is better. Enough of that, time for the weekend.
