Mon… Tuesday Sledging!

Gotta get back on the horse hardcore. Monday was a full day at work so I didn’t have the normal afternoon workout slot. This week is all full, in fact, so I have to do what I did today which is workout before breakfast. HRM says I finished in a zippy 28:31 but my average was only 141 with a max of 159. Not the best. In theory I can work out tomorrow, but we’ll see.
