4 down, 2 to go. I want to get back on track for real and that means 2 weeks of 3 workouts per week like I used to. I’m not relaxing at that point, of course; I just want to get my goals in order. HRM says I finished today in 27:32 with an average of 148bpm and a max og 164. Minimum was 135bpm. Good stuff. I did have coffee beforehand, and it worked fine. Two more this week; keep me honest!
