Friday Sledging!

Powermode workout today. Third this week, so it’s a good thing. HRM says I finished in 28:29 with an average of 153bpm and a max of 167. That’s the best average in a month of trying. Never got lower than 141bpm which is fantastic. Lots of time in zone 4 (above 151bpm) so I’ll take it. Good start to a good weekend.
