Monday Sledging!

Another Monday, another run of sledging. Who cares that it’s much later than normal (after 9pm!) and much hotter than usual (>90 degrees F today!) ? It’s hammer time! HRM says I finished in 28:45 with an average of 139bpm and a max of 156. Not the best heartrate numbers, but pretty good considering how late and how hot it was. I’m glad I finished at all. Let’s see if I can make it the rest of the week.
