Only a month apart? What. Well in short, I’m not finding as much time as I used to for dedicated working out but I am maintaining (barely) a weight loss curve by adding regular extra cardio like stairs (100 steps to the 5th floor at work) a couple times a day plus walking around the neighborhood more, etc. But still, nothing beats a full workout for body exhaustion and muscle building. Regular set of sledging, HRM says I finished in 29:08 which is very good pace, also my average was 149bpm and a max of 171! Way to go! A small dip to 129bpm but everything else aw high above 133 after the first set and nothing under 140 after the third set. Yeah! Let’s see if I can work this back up to twice a week.
