Today in Food: Monday 5/2

Weigh-in day! 158.2 lbs! First time under 160 since 2008! 20 pounds down from high of 179 in August! Can I have more exclamation points?!

Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
2 oz blueberries

Snack:
half a bell pepper, sliced up
hard boiled egg

Lunch: Chipotle salad with steak and guacamole
2 cups lettuce
4 oz steak
1/2 cup grilled veggies
1/2 cup guacamole

Snack (again!)
half bell pepper
hard boiled egg

Dinner: Mojos cheeseburger!
double patty
pepper jack cheese (x2!)
bacon
tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lettuce wrapped

Beer: TBA, but it’s a 20oz.

Fitday Entry

Fruits & Vegetables: 7 – good
Calories: 2249 – whoa!
Carbs: 73 – Still under 100, not bad for as much as was eaten today
Protein: 128 – great

Further notes:
I felt darn good today. Getting under 160 was expected today, but getting under 160 by almost 2 pounds was amazing. I probably overindulged a bit, but I’m under 100 carbs, so sounds good to me. I’m excited at how well this is working; gotta keep doing it right!
