Today in Food: Thursday 5/5

Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
2 oz blueberries

Fasting!

Dinner: Los Gatos Brewing Company
1 slice bread
1 cup shrimp (fried)
4 cups mixed greens
1/2 tomato
duck leg
1 oz mozzarella
1 oz goat cheese
1 shot tequila
1/2 pint beer (hefeweizen)
1 cup gelato

Fruits and Veggies: 7+ (ate all my salad plus some of Julie’s at dinner!)
Calories: 1442 – not bad for fasting… of course that ice cream helped!
Carbs: 89.2 – high for a fast day… of course that ice cream helped!
Protein: 94 – great

Further notes:
Eating out too much this week. The numbers should bear out, but I have to moderate intake. carbs have definitely been higher. I’ve been getting under 100g per day estimated via fitday, so realistically I’m underestimating and probably eating at a more maintenance level pace (100-150 carbs) vs. a weightloss pace (<100 carbs). If my weight doesn't bounce then I think it's a good confirmation of primal blueprint's effect on my weight. I've not felt hungry at all and never not full after meals, so I'm very satisfied with the food.
