Today in Food: Friday 5/6

Breakfast:
Fage Total yogurt (full fat!) plus some cinnamon for flavor
hard boiled egg

Lunch:
3 cups spinach
1/2 tomato
1/2 cup cucumber
hard boiled egg

Snack:
Tanka Bites (mmmm… beef jerky!)

Dinner: Rock Bottom Brewery
Wedge Salad: 3 cups lettuce, blue cheese dressing, bacon
2AM burger: 1 cup lettuce wrapping, burger, cheese, bacon, egg, hashbrown
coleslaw
1/3 cup shrimp fried
2 beers

Fitday Entry

Fruits and Veggies: 9 Yeah!
Calories: 2009 – high again… really need to stop doing this… maybe
Carbs: 86 – still under 100!
Protein: 91 – very good

Further notes:
This week has continued to elude me for low calorie days but I definitely have low carbs, so this is still ok… I don’t know the weight tally, yet. Obviously it’s a sustainable style of eating; I just hope it actually works.
