Today in Food: Monday 5/16

Back from Vegas… phew.

Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
10 cherries

Lunch: spinach salad
2 cups spinach
1 cup arugula
some cucumber
some banana peppers
2 slices prosciutto

2/3 chicken breast (had some of Julie’s)
beer

Snack:
hard boiled egg
prosciutto
chocolate

Fitday Entry:

Fruits and Veggies: 8 Good
Calories: 1370 Good
Protein: 94g Also fine
Carbs: 86.5 Fine also. Need to stay under 100 for the week

Further notes:
No cravings coming right back into the primal groove. This week is all about keeping carbs under 100 and protein above 90.
