Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
3 oz blueberries

Lunch:
2 cups arugula
2 cups spinach
cucumber
raw pepper (red and green mix)
jalapeno
2 hard boiled eggs
bacon
cheese

Dinner:
lettuce with a little oil and vinegar
lamb kebab
chicken
strawberries
clementines
cake

Fruits and Veggies: 9+ wow!
Calories: 1620 – good
Carbs: 135 – high but under 150, maintenance day; ate cake at friend’s party
Protein: 145 – yowsers, though 60g from protein shake, 85 possibly low.
