Forgot to post that I worked out Friday — regular set, HRM says I’m right on the money, 32:07 minutes and average of 131 with a high of 154 bpm. I’ve noticed the highs have come down while the averages have stayed the same, so I think I need to punch the high up. I think I’m going to buy a new hammer. I’ve been using a 6lb and an 8lb, so I’ll see if I can find a 10lb before the next workout.
