Another 6-interval ascending set from 10 to 15 reps, rotating through my 6, 8, and new 10 lb hammers. I did a warmup of 15 burpees, the 3-set of planks (left, right, front), a wall sit, and enough jumping jacks to get to 140bpm. My HRM says I averaged 142bpm and maxed at 162 in 34 minutes. Oddly enough, Friday’s set was 30 seconds faster and had lower numbers for average and max (134, 158), so I don’t get how that works. I definitely feel more tired after this set than last.
