Yep, a day late, but right on the money. Warmup of planks and jumping jacks then hammers 6, 8, 10 lb with ascending set 10-15 reps. Completed in 32:34. HRM says average was 140bpm with a max of 164. I noticed that the second to last interval (8lb, 14 reps) took longer than the final interval (10 lb, 15 reps) and I think I must have doubled up on one of the motions because I got unfocused and forgot where I was in the routine. Doh. Going to work out tomorrow, too. Hopefully I’m not completely sore and useless on Saturday.
