Not too much to report, mostly because I was in a plane for most of the day. I did learn a few things, and I had two beers. Not a bad start.
Just a quick update on my physical challenge. It’s working. I don’t know how, but it’s working.
OK, it’s not quite Day 0. It’s more like Morning 0. EARLY morning 0. See, I like to hit the ground running when I travel. That means that tonight… I don’t sleep.
We spent Thursday through Sunday immersed in the video game Mecca that is the Penny Arcade Expo. We had a fine time last year, and this year didn’t disappoint either.
This month I’m going to participate in The Primal Challenge which is put on by the website marksdailyapple.com. It’s a month long challenge to live “Primally” in the method set up by the site’s founder Mark Sisson.
Didn’t do three last week… enough about that. OK numbers today, though. Finished in 30, even. HRM says 144bpm average, 161 max. Lowest was barely above the Zone 2/3 line at 133 bpm.
