Wednesday Sledging!

Yay consistent workouts. Normal warmup and workout. Numbers much better despite similar (slower, even) time than Monday and Sunday. HRM says 31:46 and 145bpm average 157 max. I’m beginning to think the variations in heartbeat all come from variations in form. Today I was more focused on keeping good form, so it makes sense it’s harder. I’m very pleased with today’s workout.
