Today in Food: Saturday 6/25

Breakfast: Bill of Fare omelet!
3 egg omelet
pork sausage
sour cream
biggish fruit salad

Lunch: sorta-fasted, had a protein shake

Dinner: La Trappe before Cibo Matto at Bimbo’s
french fries (omfg they were good)
Calamari salad
cheese plate
St. Bernardus Prior 8 (coconut notes!)

Fruits and Veggies: 5 without fries – minimum…
Calories: 1526 – OK
Carb: 91 – fries… man.
Protein: 118 – good, though augmented with the pro complex

Further notes:
This was ok, I think it could have been better, but dinner was uber healthy without the fries, so having the fries was a nice treat. Two days in a row over 50g of carbs, though. Gotta just watch that balance. Still fairly low calorie, considering.
