Just gotta keep on it. Bookended set with pull-ups (5 complete, all the way down for maximum pull). Normal set otherwise. HRM says I finished in 30:36 with an average of 146bpm and a max of 165.

Didn’t do three last week… enough about that. OK numbers today, though. Finished in 30, even. HRM says 144bpm average, 161 max. Lowest was barely above the Zone 2/3 line at 133 bpm.
