Monday Sledging
Did a round of sledging Monday but HRM wasn’t charged so I didn’t record anything. Went as quick as I could and it was roughly 30+ minutes so that’s fine. Good start to the week.

PAX 2009 Day 2: Playday
Since we were to fly out a day early (Sunday) we had to make the most of our Saturday, and since we’d gotten a very good overview of how this worked, we set about playing as many games as possible.
Mon… Tuesday Sledging (With Planks)
Got back on the horse to do another round of sledging. 32:20 for the full set, HRM say 140bpm average, 160 max. Right on the money. Gotta keep on track.
