Wednesday Sledging!

Did a round of sledging Monday but HRM wasn’t charged so I didn’t record anything. Went as quick as I could and it was roughly 30+ minutes so that’s fine. Good start to the week.

Got back on the horse to do another round of sledging. 32:20 for the full set, HRM say 140bpm average, 160 max. Right on the money. Gotta keep on track.
