Mon… Tuesday (Night) Sledging!

Did a 1.5 mile walk on Monday for lunch and didn’t feel like sledging, but I decided I should still do it today. Normal 10-15 set after PB&J warmup. Only 8lb and 10lb hammers. HRM says 136 bpm average, 151 max in 32:58. A little slower workout timewise and slower heart rate. I’m surprised I’m getting used to the 10lb so fast.
