Wed… Thursday Sledging!

Overtrained on Wednesday and crashed during the first interval so I hit it with some ice, some heat, some more ice, some more heat… and redid the set this afternoon. Normal PB&J warmup along with 25 kettlebell swings (fun!) to get to 160bpm then ascending set from 10-15 plus a 5-count burpee after each interval. HRM says I finished in 29:45 which is pretty fast. I averaged 147bpm and maxed at 161. Not as extreme as last Wedesday’s but I was able to keep my heartrate above 140 the whole time which means I was in Zone 3 or 4 the whole time. Fantastic. Let’s see if I can make it to the workout tomorrow.
