Monday Sledging!

Despite another weight uptick this week (+1 pound to 172) I am still continuing undeterred with workouts. Better set than Friday’s this time. After the warmup, HRM says I finished the workout in 29:26 with average of 145bpm and max of 163. I need to try to add some light cardio into my recovery time (i.e. tues, thurs, weekend), and that may start tomorrow.
